• Leads submitted through your lead capture page (names, emails, phone numbers, messages)

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the Leadly service
• Send you leads captured through your page via email notifications
• Send transactional emails (account creation, password resets)
• Process payments through Stripe
• Improve the platform and troubleshoot issues

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate Leadly:

• MongoDB Atlas — database storage
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Google Maps API — business search functionality
• TikTok Pixel — advertising analytics (page visit and registration events only)

4. Lead Data

Leads captured through your Leadly page belong to you. We store them on your behalf and notify you by email. We do not use your leads' contact information for any purpose other than delivering them to you.

We use localStorage to keep you logged in between sessions. We use the TikTok Pixel which may set cookies for advertising analytics purposes. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect functionality.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at tryleadly@gmail.com.

We use industry-standard security practices including password hashing and HTTPS. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
